Multi-Tenant by Design: Security & Scale in Interviewa

One platform, many organizations

Interviewa runs as a single shared platform instance, but every organization’s data is fully isolated. Interviews, questions, personas, and reports are all scoped to the organization that owns them.

Data isolation is enforced at the database layer with Row Level Security, so a tenant can never read or write another tenant’s records, even if application code has a bug.

Roles and customization

Access is governed by two roles: super_admin at the platform level and admin at the organization level. Each organization can customize its interview questions, Tavus persona prompts, and branding.

The result is enterprise-grade multi-tenancy that scales to many clients from one codebase and one deployment.
